If you join our Telegram channels we see your Telegram profile name. If you email us we see your email address. That is it.
What we never collect
No account numbers, no broker logins, no payment card details on this site.
How we use it
Only to run the channels and reply to you. We do not sell or share your details with anyone.

Only the technical cookies WordPress needs. No advertising trackers.
Removal
Leave the channels at any time, or email info@kiwigoldsignals.com and we will delete any correspondence we hold.
Who this privacy policy covers
This privacy policy applies to kiwigoldsignals.com and to the Telegram channel and YouTube stream we run under the same name. It explains what we hold, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.
Telegram
Telegram shows us the display name and username of anyone in a channel. We do not see phone numbers, and we cannot see anything from your account outside our own channels. Telegram holds that data under its own terms, not ours.
YouTube
Our live stream runs on YouTube. Anything you type in the live chat is handled by Google under Google’s own terms. We do not export it or store it.
Traffic statistics
We look at basic traffic statistics to see which pages get read. Those statistics are aggregated and do not identify you.
Where data is held
This site is hosted on servers outside New Zealand, so any email you send us may be stored overseas. We keep it only as long as the conversation is useful.
Your rights under this privacy policy
You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, and ask us to delete it. Email info@kiwigoldsignals.com and we will act within a reasonable time. You never have to give a reason.
