1. Education only

3. No guarantees
We publish honest results and losses happen. We make no promise of profit.
4. VIP access
VIP membership gives access to a private channel for your personal use. Sharing, reselling or republishing VIP content ends your access without refund.
5. Content
All content, cards and branding belong to Kiwi Gold Signals and may not be reused without permission.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the current version.
7. Who these terms of service cover
These terms of service apply to everyone who uses kiwigoldsignals.com, our free Telegram channel, our YouTube stream and any VIP channel we run. If you do not accept them, please do not use those services.
8. Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a contract in your own country, and it is your responsibility to check that using a leveraged trading service is lawful where you live.
9. Payments and refunds
VIP is billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Because access is delivered immediately, part periods are not refunded.
10. Availability
We aim to publish through every session but we do not guarantee uptime. Streams, channels and this site can go down, and a missed post is not a breach of these terms of service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or any loss arising from using our content. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
12. Governing law
These terms of service are governed by the law of New Zealand.
